• Store training history and achievements

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must provide accurate information about your dog(s)
• You must be at least 13 years old to use this app

4. Subscriptions and Payments

4.1 Free Tier

The free version includes:

• One dog profile
• Basic training activities
• 7 days of training history
• Weekly statistics
• Advertisements

4.2 Premium Subscription

DailyDog Pro offers:

• Unlimited dog profiles
• All training activities
• Complete training history
• Advanced statistics
• Streak freezes
• Data export
• Ad-free experience

4.3 Payment Terms

• Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store
• Prices are displayed in your local currency
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Upload harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise the app
• Share your subscription with others
• Use automated systems to access the app
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

• DailyDog and its content are owned by us and protected by copyright
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
• You retain ownership of photos and data you upload
• By uploading content, you grant us a licence to use it within the app

Your use of DailyDog is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

9. Termination

• You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it
• We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms
• Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately
• Data deletion requests will be honoured as per our Privacy Policy

• The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• We are not responsible for data loss due to device failure or user error
• Training results depend on consistent practice and individual dogs

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months
• Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, or fraud

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of significant changes through the app.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
